Sometimes, it doesn't work out.
Hey Everyone,
Sorry I haven't posted in so long. I've been traveling like a madman.
I'm sitting in a hotel room in Oslo, Norway right now waiting for my flight tomorrow afternoon. It's been raining straight for 10 days and this has easily turned out to be the worst trip I've ever been on. It's a bit strange really, I love this country and I've seen some things that have really inspired me but the lack of organization and the poor treatment I've recieved here from this event, (the arctic-challenge) have left me dissillusioned entirely.
Here's a photo of the fishing village we stayed in during the last part of the contest:
I can't wait to get home...
Anyway, I'm sure you guys know about the movie Mark Eaton made: Joe Kid
It's about the plywood hoods and is basically a BMX history lesson. It premiered at Sundance and they just premiered it in Hollywood a few days ago. Do anyone of you guys know how we could arrange a premier in Portland? Hell, it'd be a damn good time! I'm thinking Laurelhurst or the crazy place in the Hollywood district. We could do a jam and premier the movie! Hell yeah!
Anyway, I might be home for a few days starting tomorrow night. If anyone can ride, let me know. I got to touch my bike long enough to tell her I still loved her about 10 days ago...
Rock On,
- Tim

Wow, man. Your life is so different from mine. I am jealous, but yet I am glad for what I have. I'll call your ass, bitch.
